The rooms are well decorated, modern, clean and tidy. Located on the 1st floor (no lift though but that's common in the old buildings) in the heart or the old town. I'd definitely stay here again. Marina was super friendly, she gave us a tourist map and circled the places to visit. Also, the tourist information center is across the road so that was a great benefit.

Location perfect, close to everything. Check in straight forward, room sufficiently big for 2 persons, very clean, newly renovated, nice decoration, comfortable bed, after closing the windows, it is quiet in the night. Shower water sufficiently warm and strong. Really value-for- money stay.

Modern Surprise in the Heart of Historical Palermo

Beautiful newly renovated suites in an old building in the heart of historical city of Palermo. All the important sights are within walking distance from the property. I highly recommend Pretoria Suites to family, group of friends, couples or solo travelers like me who are exploring Palermo.

Good location

Location is very good. The shower leaked from the corner all over thf floor because the drain was clogged with so much hair. Everything else was very good .. bed is comfortable

Nightlife is right outside your window. We had a harp echoing through the neighborhood until after midnight on Sunday night. Quite compact space, even for two. Lots of stairs, though we found this to be the case all over Sicily. Historic neighborhood for sure.

Hidden camera B&B

Stay here if you want to be watched on hidden camera and the pictures are a lie. Online you see pictures of a balcony with flowers on it. Well the only thing on the balcony is debris. There is construction going on in the building so see the scaffolding and debris on balcony. The contractors start at 8:00am, so be prepared to be waken up. You have to leave card key in slot to turn on AC and electric. Now she should not have done this, but my daughter left a gift card in the slot when we were running out for water and snacks so the air would stay on. A few minutes later, the owner sends me a picture of the gift card in the slot. How in the world would he have known she dis that unless there were cameras in the room? Very suspicious. Needless to say, we checked out. Online it says breakfast included. But no information provided about that. The key to get into the room is an old fashioned key, which took us 20 minutes to lock the door. Why not install a normal key? There is a Key pad to let you in the building and another to let you into hall where the room is located. He leaves the door unlocked with key on hook. Owner text video of how to get into sketchy room. No elevator. Room on second floor.

Amazing space and BEST service!!!

The room is fantastic!! Super comfortable bed too!! Also, a rare find in Europe….VERY spacious bathroom!!! Huge amazing shower!! Also, in a really great location. Big thank you to Maggie, who was absolutely marvelous in her attentions and help during our stay!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – mitten im touristischen Zentrum von Palermo, nur etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof und Busbahnhof entfernt. Alles im Zimmer war neu, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend – trotz der 36 Grad draußen war es angenehm kühl. Nachts war es ruhig und dunkel, was einen erholsamen Schlaf ermöglichte. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und in der Umgebung gibt es viele Bars und Restaurants. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!
