"April, Gabriel, and the front desk staff were wonderful. Very helpful, willing to address any question, and happy to make suggestions. My only complaint was that the apartment (101) needed more lamps (floor and table) as the overhead lights were too bright. I felt safe and at ease in the neighborhood. "The room was quite dirty and the bed had a lot of hair on it so we had to clean our beds before sleeping.
The walls also need to be washed and there was no toilet brush.
The building itself is fine but the furniture on the rooftop is starting to break and need replacing.

"Perfect place for us to stay! Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the restaurant and spa were amazing, and the property itself was honestly the highlight of our trip to Argentina. Right in the middle of bustling Palermo neighborhood, but it felt intimate and secluded with the lush garden and beautiful rooms (cannot beat the Pool Suite). Cannot recommend Home Hotel enough!"

"Un desastre. Ni la clave correcta para entrar nos dieron a la una de la madrugada esperando en el pasillo. El check in virtual es para facilitarles las tareas a ustedes. Cumplan con su trabajo para eso se les pago por adelantado, si tienen que estar a la hora que sea es problema de ustedes. Nos quedamos sin televisión toda la semana por falta de pago a Flow, nos ofrecieron cambiar de edificio. Un desastre!"

"I had a fantastic stay at Fliphaus Ravignani. This was my 3rd time in Buenos Aires and I chose this rental for its location and I was very happy. It's located close to dozens of excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops - all within walking distance. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The hot tub worked well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were helpful. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a vacation rental in Buenos Aires."
