During my stay, I had a problem for the negligence of an employee, I had a chaotic situation that cost me quite some money and Federico Gamaza, promised me that he will resolve it and will reimburse me with the approval of the manager Claudio Kalataluk. It’s been two months of promises and now, 9665 Kms away, they decide to ignore me and they don’t even have the courtesy to answer emails and messages through WhatsApp. Besides, the room had no Wi-Fi signal and they put us in another that will not lock properly. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The good flavor in our mouths that we had of Argentina, these two individuals Gamaza and Kalataluk ruined it completely.
Their words and promises were all with the idea, that I will eventually forget about it. In good conscience I can’t recommend this hotel.
