The room did not have air-conditioning when we arrived. It was obvious the staff knew about this based on some reviews we found online that were done several hours earlier. The temperature in the room was 28 to 30 C. They did attempt to get the air-conditioning working, but then did not allow us to control it in the room was hot the entire night. I will never stay here again, and I would never recommend anyone staying here. Everything in the room was dated an old. They even left old towels from the previous guests in the bathroom.

La habitación y pasillo no tiene AC suficiente para enfriar ambiente, cierto fueron días de calor elevado. El baño le falta un poco de cuidado y limpieza, y recambio de toallas por unas más nuevas. El desayuno está correcto pero podría ser mejor si se pudiera elegir frutas y además otra opción a elección sin pagar adicional. El resto todo muy bien, comodidad de la cama y habitación amplia, y el personal muy atento

Un hotel que necesita un mantenimiento urgente. No funcionaba el aire, no funcionaban las llaves (para abrir y cerrar las puertas de las habitaciones). Tan amables q nos enseñaron a entrar a las habitaciones por las puertas de blindex que no estaban llaveadas. En recepcion con mucha predisposicion a ayudar.

I accidentally left my rings on the nightstand when I checked out. Just a few minutes later, I realized and informed the front desk—while I was still at the hotel. They claimed the rings weren’t there, even though they clearly were. It’s obvious someone took them and didn’t want to return them. I will never book here again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is very good, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is excellent. The breakfast has several options. Around the hotel, there are many restaurant and bistro options.

The property was under new and inexperienced management. Unsafe area - upon enter the hotel I was approached by a homeless person demanding money. The hotel used a lot of fragrance spray to cover up a mold problem. In summary, convenient location, inexperienced staff, limited restaurant and old furniture. I would rate 2 stars.

Now, let’s talk about the shower: I measure a hotel’s worth by water pressure, and let me tell you, this one did *not* disappoint. A+ on that front. On the other hand, the bed had a firm personality—great if you like a little extra support, but maybe not ideal for those who prefer a cloud-like mattress. The towels? They’ve seen better days, but they got the job done. What truly elevates this hotel is its location. Nestled in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, the surrounding area is a treasure trove of culinary delights and buzzing coffee shops. If you’re a foodie, this neighbourhood is your playground. I only stayed at this property for an afternoon and a morning (as I had to change my accommodation for one night ahead of going to a different city), however I found it to be excellent! The room was spacious and clean, I utilized the pool area where I fully able to relax after a busy working week with some travels, and the staff were super friendly. Thank you Botique Suites team 🙂

La habitacion era grande pero no tuve agua caliente por gran parte de mi estadia, pocas toallas, la luz del bano estaba algo danada. Creo que precio/Beneficio esperaba mas. Por otra parte, el personal especialmente en la manana tuve un servicio excelente, super colaborador y servicial. Agradecido por eso.
