「We loved everything about this stay: the welcoming, cheerful staff, the comfortable boutique room and the fabulous breakfast that had a great choice of pastries, juices, cereals, yogurts and a wide choice for a cooked breakfast. All dietary needs were met. We would definitely stay again, but next time choose one of the rooms with a king size bed rather than a double.」

The hotel is in a good location for the Redjet passenger ferry and the high street with bars and restaurants. It is also located a few mins walk from the taxi rank and bus stop that has connections to Newport.」

「Lively, friendly pub with rooms around the corner from the main High St. Clean and tidy rooms. Good value. Limited parking when busy. As with rooms above pubs it is quite noisy but pretty well sound insulated and the pub closes relatively early. Staff were pleasant, helpful yet unintrusive. The room we had did not have main lighting so was very dark even with the side lights on and if you opened the blinds people on the street could see in - especially from the flat across the road. 「The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. 」
