"Amazing hotel, and extremely dog friendly. The staff were lovely and very helpful, the rooms were comfortable, warm and clean and the bathroom was amazing and a great place to relax after a day of walking. "

"We booked 2 sea view rooms for 3 nights. Only one room had a sea view and the bathroom in that room had black mould around the ceiling. The other room had a very old mattress and the bedding was old and thin. The pillows in that room were flat. We checked out after 1 night and will not be back. Whilst the staff were friendly, this hotel needs refurbishment, new mattresses, new duvets, pillows, blankets and linen. Mould is injurious to health and no hotel of the calibre that this hotel claims to be should have it."
