「air conditioning was great. the cleaning staff was very friendly, I have never met such nice cleaning staff before. receptionist was friendly as well. we were able to checkin before the official time. I can really recommend this place for a short stay in San Sebastian.」

「The staffs are dedicated and responsible which makes the stay a bonus. Safe and clean. Good location where you go to the beach and the old town in a couple of minutes. It’s recommended for the travellers to stay. 」

「I'll start with the good. Pension Iturrizza is in a superb location in San Sebastian's Old Town. It's on a quiet side street near a church, very close to excellent dining (which is everywhere) and steps from the dock, beach and aquarium. It's hard to imagine finding something so convenient for what is a very good price. If all you want is a place to drop your bags and have a place to sleep, go for it. You probably won't be disappointed. Unfortunately, I can't give more than three stars for two...

「The staff was really good but bear in mind that the reception only operated in certain hours and must inform the host if you’ll arrive early. The shower was not the best as the water splashes out easily since there’s no door. Location is amazing.」

「Very clean room but very basic. It did the trick but the walls were paper thin and you could hear everyone walking in the hallway at all time of day. Great location.」
