Un conseil ne pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte sinon vous avez le bruit des trains toute la nuit).」

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

「Property is in the midst of a building site. The restaurant wasn’t open. Had to take the car out to get food and a drink which meant one of us couldn’t drink. Breakfast was extremely limited in what was offered. Air conditioning in the room was non existent despite us booking a comfort room not a budget one. Probably wouldn’t go back.」

Our bathroom door was off its roller, the bidet didn’t work, housekeeping was sporadic with replacing coffee or face towels. The bar couldn’t make a good drink and often made mistakes with the orders. It was disappointing.」
