Communication leading up to our arrival was easy. Once we arrived we found super clean rooms, hot strong shower and the perfect location. Staff was lovely and helped us with last minute changes as we lets our rooms an extra day.

Amazing location!

Incredible location near all the action but on a quieter street. Interior room, but had a small window and was very quiet. Best shower we’ve had in Spain yet! Host was very welcoming in the morning. Highly recommend!

Ibon was a terrific host. He secured our luggage when we arrived early, provided great recommendations for meals and was very helpful during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Ibon was an excellent, pleasant and helpful host. The pension has an perfect location in the old town. Too short stay because Donostia San Sebastián is definitely worth visiting!

Wonderful! Spot on recommendations for restaurants, sites, etc. Great location at the edge of Parte Viejo, close to La Concha Beach but on a quiet street without bars and restaurants.

Location, location!!!

Great experience in this pension! In the heart of downtown, around the beach and the port. Very safe and quiet area. Shopping and dinning options!! Bed and pillows were very comfortable!! Staff very kind and helpful! I would stay here again!!

We had an amazing stay - zero complaints! The location is perfect, right in old town yet the room was super quiet. The roller shutters made the room absolutely pitch black and quiet. The room and bathroom were clean. Areas to hang clothes and store things - for such a small space it never felt it. Great to have a little balcony for fresh air and to hang wet bathers etc. Staff were super friendly and helpful, while also giving us our space. Highly recommend, we'll be staying again next time!

Good value

The location could not be better, in the old part of town, quiet but close to the beaches, port and aquarium. Clean and well appointed for a pensión, free tea and coffee. Arrival is a bit weird, but if you take note of all the instructions you will receive prior to arrival you will have no trouble. Manager/owner very helpful but he is only there for part of the day.

This spot was so great, a block from the harbor, off the main busy spots, amazing owner who works the desk and gives the BEST tips on where to eat and drink, the nearby park, the beaches, and how to get to the airport (hot tip, it’s the bus, and it’s awesome at 2 euro 90). The room was quiet, sound proofed, extremely clean, and very comfortable sleeping. I would recommend this place to friends, family, and clients.

Cosy retreat in a quiet location

Absolutely fantastic location, clean and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and recommended some great pintxo spots. We stayed here 12 years ago when it first opened and came back this year with our kids, knowing that it would be a great place to stay with them.

Dirty aircon filter

The aircon has a sourish smell so we investigated why. We found out the aircon filter was so dirty and filthy. We have to take out the aircon filter and clean ourselves as we can't wait as it is already night time. The pillow is not comfortable.
