「We didn't prepare the snow chain and bought it at the hotel. Because we didn't use it eventually, we could return it to the hotel and being charged for a restocking fee only. It's a good service. There's a Deli in the lobby, so the foods is easily to get. A nice restaurant is also available but a bit expensive. The entire atmosphere is good. 」

「这是第二次入住了，比第一次（9年前）强很多，cottage是新建的，房间里有洗衣机和微波炉，房间也设计的更合理，很棒！稍微有点不满意的是房子的隔音不好，墙太薄了。酒店的餐厅价格确实贵，味道还能接受，要预定位置，否则要等很久。」

「Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. 」

「The atmosphere is very relaxing, and the rooms are clean. The only thing I would like to see improved is the pillows — they are very uncomfortable — and the bedding, which is not natural and feels too warm. Everything else is very good!」
