"We absolutely loved our stay here, the staff from arrival to departure were friendly, courteous, and helpful. There was ample entertainment, iguanas walking around, music, playing, friendly interactive staff , plenty of food, and right on the ocean. The 24-hour gym was convenient, well stocked , and the spa was very clean, comfortable, and came highly recommended. Definitely agree! Oralia was a wonderful masseuse! Although this is our first time here, it was recommended, and we agree that it's better than a couple that we've been to and even paid more for. You won't be disappointed. Rob"

"The Sheraton was fantastic. The club rooms were awesome with one exception. The pillows felt lumpy like bags with wadded up socks. Otherwise, it was great. "

"Had a wonderful stay, the room was beautiful! I had a corner room and it was a really nice room. Felt like home (I’m from Las Vegas) ❤️ room service was really taste and prompt. The staff could have had better communication between it’s staff as I did find myself having to repeat myself multiple times. I had a late check out request. Besides that everything was great! "
