「room is big and having all the kitchenware 」

「Easy check in, good price, clean room, nice lobby with a bar on site if you would like a drink. Very friendly and attentive staff and a delicious breakfast for a reasonable price. Pool was great and gym is small but has everything you would need to get in a good workout to start your day .」

「I need the response since the message sensed for a week. I stayed at your hotel and checked in on July 29. At check-in, a $200 security deposit was authorized on my credit card. I would like to ask when this authorization will be released or refunded. As of today, after a week, I have not yet seen the refund or release reflected in my credit card transaction history. Could you please check the status for me? And please do feedback the process. Thank you.」
