"Pros: Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. The location is fantastic for exploring the city! Cons: zero amenities-no fridge/microwave/coffee maker/vending machines. Bathroom is terrible with only a small pedestal sink and an old tub and it’s very small. Toilet didn’t flush well at all. The TV is old and kept shutting off. Overall it suited the need and provided a comfortable bed after long days walking in the city. Despite the lack of amenities we would likely stay there again for the convenience of its location!"

"The gentleman who helped us with the check in was amazing. The lady with the check out had a really bad attitude. The hotel is well located, close to liberty park, so very convenient to go to the Statue of Liberty. The area is very noisy, not sure if this is the case for all NYC"

"I was charged over 400 a night for 2 nights and the room looked like it was still in 1990. No refrigerator, the carpet was old, all the furniture looked like it was bought from the salvation army, both beds had missing pieces, the thermostat didn't work at all so i couldn't control the temperature in the room, the bathroom was ruated in different areas and there was hair in there from god knows when. I will NEVER in my life stay here again and i DO NOT recommend this hotel, even to my worst enemy. "
