"Expedia described the room as having a patio and I was placed in an interior room. The resort said Expedia specifically booked the room without the patio, Expedia support said they tried calling the resort to correct and couldn’t connect with anyone. The AC did not work in the unit, the resort maintenance staff were amazing but unable to get the unit to function. They attempted to get us a different room but were told none were available. They did bring in a portable AC, but had to run through the only window in the unit (which was a small window to begin with). This is my first bad experience booking through Expedia so I have hopes that it was a one off. This was my first experience at this resort and will not return in the future."
