"Travelled to St Louis for a quick trip. Had an early flight and went straight to hotel to request an early check in. Upon arrival I requested a 2 hour early check in. The lady at the check in desk was rude and immediately shut me down. So, we gambled, ate lunch and waited. 2 hours before check-in, I noticed plotters were checking in and getting keys, so I approached a gentleman and asked him if I could also check in, which he did accommodate. Was grateful for him. So, my first impression was not the best."

"Everything was clean from inside to outside.The breakfast was very good. It had cubed fruit vs fresh whole fruit, but it was firm vs soft canned fruit-several types mixed together. Nice sized breakfast room with only a short time when a large crowd had to wait briefly. Good follow up on cleaning tables. It was close to Sight and Sound where we were going and reasonably priced. I did overhear that a senior discount may have been available if rsvp was made direct. The guest was told to mention this upon arrival. They were told they couldn't change once they made their rsvp on line. I appreciated the A/C unit as I was able to set it for continuous fan with the compressor kicking in as needed. The continuous fan helped me sleep better. No heavy traffic sound or upper floor noise carrying to our first floor room. We would gladly stay there again."
