「The waffles at the breakfast were delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Alicia in the Gift Shop/Concierge was super helpful with booking shows/dinners.」

「The only downside to our stay was the dirty sheets on the sofa bed. Looked like a dog had walked all over it with dirty paws. Little black hairs too. I understand only one person on staff can't right a wrong immediately. That falls on the establishment to make sure enough staff are on hand to make sure things run smoothly.」

「Our room was generally clean but floor corners in bathroom area could use a little more cleaning. Bed was very comfortable. Kept hearing a strange noise during the night and thought it was the ductwork making funny noises; my husband discovered the sound was actually coming from the metal pedestal beneath the bed, which made clunking noises whenever someone rolled over or got in or out of bed! Much noise came from room above due to people walking around! Overall, not a super restful night....
