"I booked this hotel for 3 guests and my booking said it was for 3 twin bunk beds. However when I arrived they only had one bed reserved for me in a room that had 3 bunk beds (all the other cots were taken) and I had to find another place for my two friends to stay. Agoo staff helped me find another place with no problem, but I wish they had reviewed the booking to see that it was for 3 people since that was clear on my end. Their solution to a problem of their making was to suggest another hotel many kilometers away at my own expense and additional payment. They still haven't refunded my money that was paid through hotels.com. I take this opportunity to warn prospective travelers to stay far away from this hotel. It's a nightmare."

"Everything is dilapidated from bed to mattress even if the floor seems clean the furniture is outdated. The hotel lies in relation to the room and its components. No air conditioning, WiFi and the fan are running slowly."

"I have worked with an international hotel in the US for 27 years and have stayed at different hotels all over the world. I think cleanliness, security guest services are my priorities. Signature Apartments in Accra even though not a hotel, proved that they have a spot amongst 4 star hotels. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the uncontrollable hot water during shower.
