It's important to note that in our experience there was nearly no service: when we were there we did not meet a single staff member. But for us this was fine. "Was an ok find. Expedia states you can check in at 1pm, but it's 2pm. The room was well equipped with a kettle microwave and fridge. The bath mat could do with a wash, loo could have done with an extra flush, before we got there but it's not too much of an issue. The staff were friendly and JRR Tolkien's grave is in the cemetery opposite!"

The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests.
