The booking coupon was printed that there's shower for bathing room, but actually my designated room was not the case. However, I was upgraded to an en suite. Thanks be to the manager. But, the shower place was so small and the shower head was fixed on the ceiling. There's no movable shower head. It led a bad bathing experience. Anyway, the room was very clean and very comfortable.

寫信告知希望提前寄放行李，但沒有回信。民宿標誌不清楚，找不到門鈴。房間很小，無法放地上攤開28吋行李。水壺很髒，費了洪荒之力刷乾淨。早餐很簡陋，就只有牛奶泡麥片，麵包還得向他們要。沒有熱早餐。非常不推薦。

There's no lift in this hotel, staff helped us to move luggage, there's no shower or nozzle in the bathroom, only bath on the floor....how 'll people take shower?? the staff said people will spill water to the floor, so they didn't provide anything, I just used the faucet in the bath to get some water......I suggest the manager try it by himself, because this situation is really bother me, even I 'm 150 cm short, it's very difficult for me. 交通方面，可從公車總站及附近站牌，搭乘 bus No.S1. 4. 66. 44, to stop called Botley &Witney，下車後不遠就可看到酒店招牌，不需要過馬路。 這家飯店沒有電梯，工作人員協助將行李搬到房間，樓梯非常的小，客房位於二樓和三樓，整體而言說房間不小，也還蠻新的。我們選擇共用浴室，沒想到愈是沒有蓮蓬頭，只有一個浴缸，只能用水龍頭出來的水沖洗，我體型很小，才能做得到，即使是我都覺得非常困難，非常不方便，工作人員說不裝蓮蓬頭是因為水會噴到地上，希望他們自己洗看看。早餐由工作人員烤土司或可頌，有優格、切丁水果、果汁。

离火车站很近，酒店附近有很好吃的中餐馆。酒店的服务很到位，十分的宾至如归。就是早餐简单了一点。其他的都十分棒。

酒店离火车站步行10分钟路程，属于民宿，但是房间很大很干净，并且还有特别针对残疾人的关怀，虽然我们用不上，但是体现了酒店管理者的用心，性价比高。

I loved the easy check-in process at the Osney Arms. The location is great, close to the train station. Our room and the bathroom were both clean and perfect. We especially liked the breakfast options in the dining room, along with the espresso machine. I would definitely stay here again!

The carpeting in my room needed to be cleaned - to the point where I didn't want to walk on it in bare feet. The room is in desperate need of new paint. That said, the sheets and bathroom were clean, the breakfast was hearty and the breakfast room and kitchen well stocked and clean. The location was a convenient walk to the train station, laundromat, grocer, park, and restaurants.

Older accommodation but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is self service but there is a really good selection of different items, various kinds of tea and a great coffee maker. We would definitely stay there again.

Quirky, slightly chaotic DIY guest house converted from an Edwardian pub. Once we got used to the self-service breakfast in the communal dining room, we found it a really comfortable stay. There's everything you could want for a continental breakfast and a really good coffee machine, With full access to the kitchen it's ideal for heating up an evening takeaway or even cooking a meal. Bitlab, the proprietor was around in the mornings and always helpful. Although our room was almost straight onto the street at ground level, which was slightly disconcerting to start with, there was very little traffic noise (more from other guests actually). Decorated to a good standard, you get the feeling that it was fitted out from an auction house. Nothing matches, but so what. Oxford is the city of bicycles, so come by train or be prepared for park and ride and lots of walking. Don't rely on the four parking spaces at the property! But you can also hire an electric bike or even an electric scooter.

Outside of building misleading. Inside is clean and light. Our double ensuite had a view over the street, was clean and well equipped. Lots of hot water, radiators that can be adjusted, comfortable bed, tea making facilities. Very happy considering the price we paid. Breakfast was ok. Only issue is parking. We were lucky to get a place outside. Also major roadworks on route into town. But overall very good value for money.

Cheap and cheerful, does the basics well and good value for money. Within walking distance from Oxford station and the shopping centre (at a push). Room is small, but cozy, good for a short stay.
