I very much enjoyed my room: it was well-organized with a great shower and an electric kettle (important for me). The building is historic so there is no elevator so if you need special accommodations - call ahead. The area around the inn is lovely: lots of lovely places to eat and a great pub right next door!

Very Happy With Our Stay!

Lovely stay. The person at reception was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. The Hotel is nearby a bus stop which takes you directly to the City Centre within 20 minutes. Will definitely visit again.

Great value and clean property.

Was concerned after reading the trip advisor reviews about this hotel, which I found after the booking. No cancellation policy meant we were stuck here. To my pleasant surprise when we checked in the rooms were clean and spacious. Mattresses were a bit cheapy so can feel the springs, they should've bought them from Gables Beds as those mattresses are super compfy. We had 3 rooms and no complaints from any of the 6 guests.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay again. You always feel welcome here. Clean rooms with tea and coffee facilities. Helpful staff that go that little extra way to make sure you have a wonderful stay.

Quite dated hotel with lovely manager . Sup comfortable bed and smashing shower . Walk all day in Oxford . Walk home to hotel . Plenty of dining and beverage options . We had a great comfortable stay

We only needed the hotel for the night as we were on a stag do. The room was ideal for what we needed. The place did seem a little untidy and unclean. The owner was really nice and went above and beyond for us during our stay.

The Gentleman at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. The Hotel itself was clean. The Hotel was poorly furnished and in desperate need of money spent on it and all furniture needs replacing.
