「very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. 」

「Magnifique Hotel, tout le monde est super sympa rien à redire. Les chambres sont magnifique et très spacieuses. Juste dommage que le spa / hammam soit payant en supplément quand on paye aussi cher un hôtel ( c’est la même chose dans tous les hôtels 5 étoiles et palaces, je sais bien mais je le précise quand même ). 「Piscine chauffée, buffet excellent cependant les heures d’ouverture sont restreints. Buffet varié. Nous n’avons pas essayer l’aquaparc mais il semble bien. Les chambres sont belles, les lits sont assez confortables. Personnel au bar sont vraiment sympathiques. Très beau voyage. Au souk/medina, négociez vos prix! Tout se négocie. 」

「We had a pool-view room which was lovely and spacious. Staff were very friendly. There was a good variety of food on offer for all-inclusive, and the food was of good quality. The only disappointment we had was realising that you had to pay to use the indoor pool (about £20pp per hour). I had not seen any mention of this when booking. Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather and it was cold and rained for the 3 days we were there (Jan 2026), meaning we could not use the outdoor pool. ...

A special mention to the Manager, Aissian, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and were upgraded to a suite. 「We got the larger room and it was very nice. Continental breakfast was included and we had great service. The location is in the medina but at the edge, so although we encountered the Marrakesh traffic, we enjoyed it and it was one of the reasons we got a rental car. The property is beautiful and quiet. Room was clean.」

「We've just returned from a lot Ng weekend and had an amazing time. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are such nice people and very attentive, very happy to cater to my partner who is coeliac offering him alternatives for breakfast. The location is a very quick 10-15 mins walk to the main square with lots to look at on the way. The palace is worth a visit just a few short steps f om the Riad. We didn't get chance to use the spa facilities. Highly recommend for a short stay.」
