「Adequate overnight stop off the afternoon sailing from Portsmouth. You can see the hotel as soon as you exit the dock. Late check in available if the ferry is late. Staff were welcoming and helpful. 「The hotel was beautiful. The room had a big comfortable bed and 2 nice arm chairs. The host custom cooked breakfast for us and arranged for a taxi when we had to leave. There was a lovely terrace out back which will be nice when the weather is warm.」

「Awesome place to stay. The staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Manuel and Sebastion were very knowledgable about the area as well as its history. They were great to have around to help my family and i with planning our route to hit all the spots relevant to the allied invasion of 1944.」

「This property was absolutely beautiful and quaint. We stayed in the Catherine suite which had its own private green room. It was a real treat! I enjoyed listening to the rain and sipping tea in the early morning in the green room. Our shower was fantastic and the bathroom was newly remodeled. The property has a lot of history and preserves the charm of a real French country Chateau. The grounds are gorgeous and our hosts allowed us to spend the evening exploring the park and fruit orchard....
