"The view was great. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean but only had one towel and the hairdryer was busted. The bedding should be inspected, both came home a rash. I hope it’s not staphylococcus. The day we left I saw that my car had been ran into while parked. The staff told me they don’t have cameras on the lot and sorry we couldn’t help."

"The room was clean and smelled fresh bedding and everything seemed good a little wear and tear visible on most of the furnishings - except the chair… the first thing you see is this beat up chair in the corner with a completely cracked vinyl seat cushion and tape on parts of the fabric and legs- it was very off putting right of the bat and made me almost leave. I saw another chair like that in a common area, also. Buy new chairs or just remove the old ones, it really looks bad! And immediately I had a bad feeling about staying. I don’t understand why cleaning staff or someone wouldn’t flag it and have it replaced or removed. The location is good with a beautiful wide beach. Staff was friendly. "

"The nature here is absolutely fantastic — the beach walks and bike rides are truly the highlight. Just be prepared for a little “surprise” at checkout… about 20% extra on top of the fees and taxes on Orbitz, nicely labeled as a “nature preservation” fee. Gotta support the views, I guess 🙂 The property itself is a bit dated — especially the spa center. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna have definitely seen better days, and the one-shower-per-locker-room setup with empty sample-size shampoo dispensers adds a certain… minimalist charm. It’s also very pet-friendly — which is great, unless it’s your neighbor’s dog enthusiastically trying to scratch through the connecting door all night. A truly immersive experience."
