「The hotel was new and clean. Only real problem was the location. There are a lot of homeless people around. Otherwise close to byward market and parliament 」

「Everything is very good, spacious and bright, the service is great, the dinner is great, but the decoration is some old…」

「The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. 」

「Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. 」

「I especially liked that the bed was a reasonable height, didn't need to be a mountain climber to get in. Also comfortable places to sit, well appointed kitchen, though we didn't need it. Very roomy. Enjoyed our stay, will come again.」
