Beautiful loft style room with modern amenities Perfect location in the Center of downtown brockville making it a nice walk to wherever we wanted to go
Would have liked a martini glass with the dishes
48 King West Boutique Hotel quietly stole the last evening of our fall road trip. Tucked into the heart of Brockville — right on the St. Lawrence River, at the gateway to the Thousand Islands — this little boutique gem was the perfect place to land after a week of chasing autumn colors through Vermont. Warm, beautifully kept, and full of character.
Some hotels you forget by checkout; this isn't one of them. ✨
If your road ever takes you through Brockville, don't just drive past — stay.
Gorgeous accommodation in historic building, smartly renovated. Nice touches everywhere. We did have difficulty getting ice cold water out of the tap , but I would most definitely stay here when visiting Brockville.
So unique… old bank building…weeknight booking so Main Street noise not an issue… night light bright…appreciate the ear plugs and eye wear to accommodate… artwork a bonus and uplifting …as were the high ceilings … and overall posh feel of the space…one of the most interesting renovations of a space I’ve ever seen… bed was comfortable and cozy ( loft ) … morning coffee French Press appreciated… just wish there were more grounds to make at least 2 cups…I would stay here again and would recommend to my traveling friends. (Microwave door in need of repair) Thank you. My stay at the bank enriched my trip!
Beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Metro Suite because we were traveling with our son so the murphy bed was perfect. Easy to walk to the water and restaurants. Unique room and very spacious.
We loved the property. It was easy walking to everything. Very unique and all the rooms are different. Clean & well maintained

We stayed in the Steampunk suite for 3 nights. The room was quirky in a good way. However, the shower being open to the bedroom wasn't great. The biggest issue with our stay was the fact we were on the top floor and, because the elevator was incredibly slow and sounded like it was going to break down any minute, we had to use the stairs. Being in our late 70's and mid-80's, this was very hard on us. Even if you used the elevator, you still needed to go up 15 steps to get to the parking lot. Those steps could have been avoided by using the front door of the hotel. However, it was out of order during our entire stay. Too bad because the hotel is in a great location. We might stay there again if we could get a room on the main floor.
Very unique property in an old bank. Just as advertised. Beautiful and interesting place. Right downtown can walk to restaurants and the water. We stayed in the steam punk room and my husband loved it as he is a plumber. Bed was comfortable. Seamless check in process. Our room was a little loud at night as we were on the outside wall..but the provided ear plugs did the trick. 🙂. Just a wonderful place. Would definitely recommend.
This was one of the nicest stays we have had in a long while. The property is so well planned out and we loved our space. The theme of the old bank was so fun. We would highly recommend this boutique hotel when staying in Brockville.
Unique room with many pluses. If one was staying more than one night all dishes etc were available to cook.
If 911 needed not sure how they would enter.
Love this property. It was our 4th time returning. The room and it being walking distance to restaurants and bars make it the perfect romantic small town getaway.

We didn’t want to leave!
- Easy self-parking and simple check-in process. We arrived late after a long day. It was nice to just park out back and access the suite in our own.
- the suite is well-appointed. We were pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable queen size Murphy bed in the living room.
- eye masks, earplugs are provided

Check-in using a key code for the outer and inner door was smooth and without any issues. The free Wi-Fi and cable/streaming TVs all worked well. The property itself is really a unique find; the converted bank building has a ton of character and the Wall suite was huge and well-appointed for a multi-night stay by a family. The eating, living, and bunk bed area of the suite is at ground level on a main street and there can be some minor traffic noise until about midnight. It didn't bother us, but if you need silence to sleep pick a different room. A few suggestions: 1) The shower grout needs bleaching in the bottom corners and there is unfinished maintenance in the loft ceiling with a small square cut in the sheetrock. Get these minor issues sorted promptly. 2) Provide instructions for how the enormous powered blinds operate. We figured out the remote but it took a few tries. 3) Provide more ground coffee for the French press; more was delivered on request but the amount provided initially did make weak coffee. Overall, would stay again if visiting the area.
