"Quiet and clean"

"I was dissatisfied with the lack of housekeeping services during my stay. The front desk did not communicate if housekeeping would not be provided, and upon our arrival that evening, I called the front desk for assistance. The gentleman who answered the phone was quite rude and dismissive. When I expressed the need for towels and other essentials, he indicated that he was too busy to engage in the conversation, suggesting that I should retrieve the items myself. I found this response to be highly unprofessional. Additionally, when we went down to obtain the towels, I noticed him conversing with a young woman, who appeared to be his girlfriend. Overall, the behavior of the staff was unsatisfactory and did not meet professional standards."
