Great staff, breakfast is fine. Menu change recommended every few days. Stayed 2 weeks. Breakfast options were same. Became boring. Rooms are clean. Over 2 weeks had to request turnover 3x as staff did not come by to change sheets n towels. Request made with front office. Maybe lost in communication.

The AC in the suite did not work, so they changed our room to a better suite. Still, the suite was not cleaned well. The toilet was dirty and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was empty. Worst of all, the hotel is next to a night club and loud music plays until 2 AM!

The staff was really friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and maintained. The only problem I had was the shower wouldn’t drain. I went to the front desk and they said they would have maintenance come shortly. She also gave me the option of changing my room. I declined unless it wasn’t fixable. Maintenance was there within a hour and fixed it. I didn’t have time for the breakfast until the last morning of my trip but it was very good. Lots of options. My experience was very good and I will be staying here again when I come into town. Thank you!
