"Great onsen experience! Lady's hot spring has outdoor area, Men's side does not, but have a great harbor & canal view. We heard that the breakfast there is great, and it is true! The only drawback is that there are only two laundary machines."

"The hotel’s location is ideal. Shopping malls, convenience stores, drugstores, food options, and the JR station are all within a 10-minute walk. The hotel also has an onsen located right next to the main building. Self check-in and check-out are fast and convenient."

"Stair inside the room that can directly goto the other room without door/gate. Feel not safe if stranger live downstair, also not safe if young kids walking around. The toilet without any ventilation fan, make it a bit smelly. Parking area is not big enough for 2 car, maybe is the parking instruction not show clearly how to park the car. The instruction should show how two car parking in the parking area. This house better for those who only need sleep."

"Hotel was in a great location, close to Sapporo Station (only 2 blocks away). Enjoyed how close this hotel was to the station but away from the hustle and busyness around Sapporo Station. Stayed in a superior queen room for 4 nights. For 2 people the room was just enough space with our backpacks, 1 large suitcase, and 1 carry-on suitcase. The amenities available were great - providing various toiletries for use at the front (face lotion, cleanser, bath towel, etc.). Breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of items to select and staff on top of making sure things were restocked quickly. Staff were always helpful and welcoming.
Didn't try the restaurants downstairs in the lobby level (Sapporo seafood specialty dishes and a Spanish tapas like bar), but it was great to have that option available, especially when snowing outside.

"Great room, great staff. There is a bus stop for airport line just in front of the hotel and runs every hour. The underground pathway is also close to the hotel, it is walkable to everywhere in Sapporo "
"Big room for Japan. Very clean and very thorough cleaning every day. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Check in /check out quick and efficient. Great location with Sapporo station 5 minutes walk away and main shopping area about 15 minutes walk."
"I have always known this particular hotel very well since my teens, and have always stayed here with my family during most of our overseas trips to Hokkaido for the past decade or so. Now, I've conquered it and stayed here alone.
The room was comfortable and was just the way I remembered it, especially the surroundings of the entrance hall. The staff were very hospitable and one of them went as far as assisting me with my baggage to the cab when I checked out. Waking up to the views of the Sea of Japan was one of the most memorable aspects of my stay here.
Otaru-chikko Station was also located nearby, which was convenient for me to access my railway day trips. When I checked out and informed them that I had baggage, they offered to get a cab for me to Otaru Station, which was a huge bonus. Whenever booking this hotel, remember the golden rule to always reserve a room facing the Sea of Japan.
Thank you, Grand Park Otaru, for such a wonderful stay over the Christmas break! Whenever I do get the chance to come to Hokkaido again, I shall gladly come back!"
