"Didn't have sign where to go for breakfast as we went down stairs for breakfast and it was closed. Good thing there is a lady there and she told us to go to Simi hotel."

"Very nice hotel on the lakeside that i have stayed at before around 10 years ago & it didn't disappoint to return to, very nice helpful staff throughout the hotel, lovely location, nice room, great breakfast, great kids play room with so many toys,gym & pool area good,pinsa in the restaurant was amazing, disappointed to leave & so was my 5 year old great granddaughter who said we should of stayed 10 days. Great location"

"So, we had to check in at the hotel next door - didn't know that till we read the sign on the door. The hotel is a few blocks from train station through the heart of Zermatt, and some curvy allys to get there. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a shared terrace but it was a little dirty but no big deal. Beds were comfy. Had to borrow hair dryer at front desk - they don't supply them in the room. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We got there early and they have a room to keep your luggage safe and secure that includes a shower! If I ever went again, I'd consider this hotel to stay at un Zermatt! Oh, also included a breakfast that I unfortunately we did not partake in because we had to leave early."

"I needed a peaceful break and even when the hotel was crowded, I could enjoy the calm. A very nice room with a terrasse on lake view. Everything was perfect!"

"My phone was accidentally disabled got wet in the rain and did not work during my 3 night stay. The staff was kind enough to let me use the landlines to phone my family in the US. Thank you."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our room was beautiful with our balcony looking out towards the Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough for us. The pool area was really nice and the pool temperature was lovely. Would definitely come back to this hotel."
