"Incredibly close to the airport - about 2 mins walk from baggage claim. This made travel days super easy. The hotel is nice & clean with good food & drink options on the ground floor. This made for a convenient first night in Lima. The only complaint was that we left an item in the room & the staff was not very helpful in retrieving the item (we never were able to get it back). "The room was big, bed was and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good, had variety. The only thing I didn’t like was one of days when the room got cleaned no hand towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner was not provided. The next day, I notify the front desk of the issue and also notify the person that cleaning the rooms on the floor I was staying in. Other than this it was a great experience. "
