El hotel tiene una buena relación precio/ calidad. Los cuartos son sencillos, algunas cosa en los cuartos no funcionan, como toma corrientes, se cae el toallero, soporte para el papel higiénico, etc.

Reservamos una habitación con cama matrimonial y cuando llegamos nos dieron una con una cama individual y una twin, al consultar en recepción nos dijeron: las habitaciones se dan conforme se llega, a lo que pregunté si no respetan la habitación escogida por el cliente? Estuvimos a punto de irnos cuando la recepcionista nos dijo: se acaba de desocupar una habitación con las características que usted indica, si gusta los paso? Decidimos aceptar el cambio ya que por un compromiso era el hotel que nos servía, se escucha todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones, uno de los días que nos quedamos nos despertó un bebé que estaba en la habitación de al lado a las 5am!! Es un punto importante a mejorar. El internet, pésimo super lento y si se movía el celular al baño ya se desconectaba. La ducha del baño sí tiene 10 de 10, excelente.
