I think that it's a great place if you're a city person happy to do a lot of walking or taxi rides to get about. There's not a great deal to do nearby, and it's a very noisy location in terms of street noise so my earplugs were a fantastic help. The staff are lovely, incredibly helpful and kind and the house has a lovely feel to it. I don't eat breads or jams etc so bridge my own fresh fruit and veg and there was no problem me eating my own breakfast in the dining area. Lovely hot water on tap. Loved the owl art.

What a wonderful experience! The location is perfect for a “foodie”. Constant police presence and street cameras (one of the safest district). Rooms are serviced daily (new towels, soap, TP). Take advantage of their taxi transportation from airport to hostel or vice versa (18usd). Highly Recommended. My go to when traveling to Lima. 30 minute Taxi ride to Miraflores/Barranco (tourist destination).
Eating outside the hostel at 10:40pm. Street cameras and constant police presence. Very safe area!

This is a great hostel, with everything you need. Friendly staff and they make you breakfast to order (have to pay for breakfast but it’s very good value)

En realidad el hotel está muy viejo y atrasado. No tiene ascensor. Aunque noa metieron en la 4a.planta. cada dia nos han bajado una dado que ibamos con gente mayor. Desayuno justito sin apenas elección. El personal muy amable en todo momento. Solo dan toalla de ducha, no de manos. Y pastillitas jabon. Todo correcto y personal amable y colaborador.

Bonito hotel y habitación. Mi habitación tenía un pequeño balcón con vista a la calle aledaña que le dio toque un diferente. Al dejar la puerta del balcón abierta ya no fue necesario usar el ventilador del cuarto.
