"Lack of floor mat in bathroom, no wash cloth provided, did not remove trash from room each day, one tiny bar of bar soap per day not adequate. Breakfast was good and served promptly after arriving each morning. Staff was very helpful in arranging taxi service, but English speaking skills was very limited. Shopping opportunities near hotel hard to find."

"We stayed here the night before our wedding in Plaza de Armas out of emergency because our Airbnb canceled on us, but it’s a good thing they did because staying at the Diamond Hotel was honestly a great experience! They were super accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very comfortable overall and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that the room had dust on it, probably because the windows are open and since we are in the middle of the city, the dust comes into the room. Since I was only staying there for one night, I didn’t mind and I just wiped it, but something to keep in mind and to let them know so they could clean it for you! Other than that, excellent stay!"
