"There are many shops and restaurants within the building itself. This made it more enjoyable as we didn't have to go far to buy things we needed and go out for meals. The staff were all very courteous and helpful and a pleasure to deal with."

Plenty of vegetarian options. Great restaurant options around. My fourth visit to Osaka and fourth stay at Swissotel. Don’t think will ever look to change the hotel for future stays. "
