Hotel and room are quite dated. Limited amenities and elevator was very dirty. Dirty towel smell in the washroom. On the flip side, the staff were very kind and accommodating. They can extend your stay for ¥1000/ hour till 2pm if you need a hub for a later flight.

One of our favorite hotels! Very clean with very polite, friendly staff. We all got a special amenity bag, including our daughter, who got a special children's bag with kid slippers! They also provided us with a free sewing kit when we had a loose button on our trip. It was close to the subway, and we would definitely stay here again.
