Everything you need is there, gas , groceries, food. You can walk to all the different locations easily and the park staff was very friendly.

After check in a bison meandered across the lawn which was incredible. We went out behind our cabin and found a herd of elk with mommas and babies talking to each other. It was a magnificent experience we will never forget! A cabin in the woods in Yellowstone is the way to go!

Good and affordable 'base camp' for your Yellowstone adventures. West Thumb ist only a mile away. Old Faithfull is just a half hours drive. Limited WiFi (only at Registration) as everywhere in the Park.
