"We forwarded our luggage to this hotel in Osaka. When we checked in our luggage was waiting for us at Concierge Service. The pool was not open yet in May but the onsen was. Keep in mnd, the onsen has a no tattoo and no swimwear rule. Ladies have their own onsen seperate from the men. Laundry was quite busy and the dryer does not dry too well. People were extending their dryer times making for a wait for the machines. Convenience store on the 4th floor where the laundry room is is super convenient. Bathroom was cramped. My 5'10 son just fit in the tub to take a shower, not sure anyone over 6' will...lol. Overall the location was excellent. Shopping and food nearby. Theres a lot of young people outside late at night encouranging you to go to their bars but we didnt feel it was unsafe area. Its a few blocks walk to the Osaka Metro."
