"Great Hotel. Super clean. Friendly staff!"

"Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. The only suggestion for improvement is that the airport shuttle is only offered in the morning and as we didn't fly out until the evening we had to pay for a taxi instead. We did appreciate that there was luggage storage which made our trip easier."

"This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Japan. The family room is spacious for Japanese standards and very well equipped. They even provided pajamas and slippers for my daughter. The views from the top floors are amazing and worth spending the extra money. Hotel is conveniently located very close to the main train that takes you directly to the Osaka airport. Clean, friendly staff and great for families. "

"Friendly staff, especially the front desk, clean rooms and they’re very generous with the towels. The place is affordable and the amenities like the sauna are top notch. It’s also very close to the bus station and the train station. 10 minutes walk to Dotonbori. would definitely stay again."
