17階の内側の部屋だったが、窓から16階の屋上しか見えない。建物の構造上仕方がないが、残念だった。ベット周りにコンセントがなく、充電しながらスマホを使うためには机に移動しなければならなかった。朝食会場の動線が悪かった。目玉焼きのコーナーが、他の惣菜の続きにあり、多くの方が注文されるので、惣菜コーナーの動きを止めてしまっていた。モントレ系列はよく利用させてもらうが、他のホテルに比べてバイキングの質が低いと感じることが多い。17階では15時のチェックイン時点で点検が出来ていない部屋が5つあり、廊下に清掃のワゴンが沢山出ていた。その間を通って部屋に入ったが、すごく印象が悪かった。ただ、TV関係は配信サービスも多様で、モントレ系列の最大の美点だと思う。

客室の浴槽も大きく大浴場もあってとてもよかったです。ただ鍵付きのロッカーから浴室までが少し離れてるので浴室の近くにも脱衣所があるのをお風呂の入り口でお知らせあったらよかったかな。それと帰りの動線ももう少しわかりやすくしてほしい。
