We enjoyed our stay. The room has everything that we needed. Location was walking distance to Tsuruhashi Station. One of the receptionists could be more friendly. The room could be cleaned better, there was thick dust.

After I got off the train station, google maps pointed a sketchy alley where I had to walk with my luggage. However later on my husband found a much better area to walk on which was beside the main street and that I felt more comfortable walking. The hotel was on a small side, reception area was small as well. I think it was supposed to be a residence condo building that they turned into a hotel. The room was a surprise, it was quite spacious and indeed looked like a condo unit indeed. I loved the space and was the most comfortable room we ever had in our trip.

Basic but good apartment with plenty space (by Japanese standards). It met our expectations as a perfect base for exploring Osaka and further afield. Only downside is as there is a hospital nearby there were a lot of sirens over night, otherwise it was quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is walking distance to the train station. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. I read somewhere that the building was an apartment building that was converted into a hotel so it was cool to see how a Japanese apartment is like. The bakery downstairs has a lot of yummy stuff and prices are good. Would stay here again!

It’s an OK place to stay given the money you spent. Very far from everything. Needed to catch two trains just to get to the city. The bathroom and toilet setup was very weird. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful.

It was a little weird to be honest. The beds and the pillows weren’t the best but it was weird because our room key also opens the main door key after they lock up after 11 so does that mean everyone has access to everyone’s rooms?

This place must have been a serviced apartment before. Everything is neat and tidy, with a small kitchen, separate bath/shower, washing basin, and toilet. I only stayed one night but I'd definitely like to be here for 3-5 days as "base" for adventures in Kansai area. The only thing is that checking in stops at 11pm, no exceptions! That added a lot of stress on our arrival day as we were traveling from afar and they were just not accommodating (no drop/lockbox for keys, etc). Other than that. No reservations!
