We stayed at this hotel from March 12–16 and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very polite, helpful, and accommodating.
Our room on the 13th floor was spacious enough for five people, even with multiple large suitcases. The bathroom was big and well-designed, though the toilet wasn’t separated and had a slight odor when flushed—bringing a spray helps.
The TV had limited channels (around 10), but it provided useful updates like laundry and breakfast status. No smart TV features (Netflix/Amazon), but the affordable in-room massage service was a nice bonus.
Breakfast was delicious, especially the tempura and takoyaki, with a good mix of Western and Japanese options.
Parking was easy but cash-only, with strict hours: return by 10 PM and access starts at 7 AM.
Laundry is on the 7th floor with only three machines. It costs about 500 yen per cycle plus 200 yen for extra drying. Detergent is included, but machines had a slight odor—bring paper towels for lint cleanup.
Overall, despite minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would return when visiting Osaka.
