Like that the property is literally next to the Shinsekai market, yet quiet and clean. It has all the amenities for our small family of 4. Checking in/out process was a breeze. Happy with our stay.

Would stay again!

Great location, made getting everywhere convenient. Close to train stations and food. Room was not large but was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the larger fridge, laundry, etc. features of the apartment. It could be pretty loud at night but they provided earplugs. The blackout curtains were great.

Building was nice and quiet though the door on a small side road so it was a little confusing. The beds were nice, the bathroom was great Good space for my 4member group as well In a area near enough train lines, next to a park, and near malls and a busy shopping area.

The property was in a convenient location, walkable to all the major sites. You are right beside a train station, which makes it even more convenient.. Check-in checkout was all virtual - smooth. Communication was the best - fast response within a couple of minutes for any questions you have. Very professional.

It is situated conveniently near a metro station and there are also many food options available. The hotel is also very new. The checkin process was done via a link online. It is very easy and convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at Apartment Hotel 11 Shinsekai! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after long days exploring Osaka. The location in Shinsekai was absolutely ideal: a lively and authentic neighborhood with great food options, local charm, and super easy access to other key areas like Namba and Dotonbori. This made our daily outings smooth and enjoyable. We stayed for 6 days, but honestly, we could have stayed longer. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would happily return on a future visit to Osaka. Highly recommended!

Great rooms!

There are 2 adults and 2 young kids in our family and whilst the room was excellent, the location was by the main road so when it came to bedtime, we could hear the traffic and emergency vehicles. The room itself is great! The bathroom works as a dryer for clothes, great with little kids. We sent our luggage via Lawsons and I'm not sure if it's because there was no front desk or it was close to a public holiday but we had some luggage drama with it being at the post office and then it got sent to a different post office during the day.

The room was fantastic! It was super clean and quiet despite being close to all the shops. It was super walkable to get to the metro and all attractions around it. The beds were clean, excellent refrigerator and freezer. And bonus, it had laundry! We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The hotel room was great and spacious for 4 people! Loved having the washer in the room and the shower also having a drying option for clothes. The only confusing thing was checking into the hotel when we got there early. Since there is no waiting room or front staff we waited outside with our luggages before we were given access to the room.

The style of the bed and the settings of a living room. It is very spacious, clean, good smell and comfortable. The only thing I’m suggesting is an iron for the clothes.

Clean and reasonably spacious room. It's on a busy road so it's quite noisy but if you keep the windows closed it's not a problem. Very close to the station and also close to grocery stores.

Excellent apartment. Felt just like the Mimaru serviced apartments (but without the servicing obviously) but with the bonus of a washing machine in room. Good sized room for Japanese standards, very clean and basically brand new. Very easy check in experience as well. While the immediate area isn’t quite as nice, it’s super close to the main street of Shinsekai with so many excellent dining options. There’s many amazing food options that we want to stay here again to just keep trying more restaurants.

Would never book

We had a very disappointing and unsettling experience. After being given three different addresses, we were bounced around without ever locating the actual hotel. Each location was in a questionable, unsafe area. While searching, we passed explicit images that were highly inappropriate—especially with our 10-year-old child—and were even approached by someone appearing to be a pimp. Feeling unsafe and frustrated, we ultimately gave up and booked a different hotel. No refund was offered. This place is absolutely not suitable for families, and I would strongly advise against recommending it to anyone.

Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Der Check in funktionierte einfach und auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Einzig die Kissen waren leider etwas unbequem. Mit eigenen Kissen würden wir aber auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
