Was moved to another room by a wonderful lady who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The next room was great but had to track down a blow dryer. Was told we would be refunded for the first night since we couldn’t use the amenities that we purchased but have never heard or seen anything refunded on my card. The staff is super nice and hard to be frustrated with but wish we could have had the hot tub our first night due to such a long travel in the car to get there. "

"The room was filthy. Toilet paper rolls were used, there was roach poop in the top corners of the room. The bed side tables were broke. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy. There was paint on the walls like a toddler had painted their trim and gotten it everywhere. The pool said 24 hours online but the sign said it closed at 10. The $12 breakfast buffet was nothing more than a continental breakfast. The bed looked like it had been slept in. The soap dispenser in the shower was visibly dirty."
