「Room is clean Staffs are friendly Good laundry room and common area」

「Simple but clear .great experience, nothing to complain」

「Excellent accommodation, plenty space and storage. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was served daily at the Green Egg in the food hall and they had enough choices to suit everyone. Fantastic property.」

「Clean, spacious room with a great view of the canal. Walking distance to many key sites, and excellent range of restaurants. The wifi however is grotesquely inadequate for a hotel of this standard -- was booted out constantly (every two minutes at some points) and actually could only send messages at some points from the bathroom. Front desk staff is also hit and miss. Morning staff were helpful. Night staff not so much.」

「Very clean, in fact cleaning staff were the best. Receptionist not very nice and not very flexible,」

「Great staff and great breakfast 」

「We were staying in a twins room. The room size is good enough for two people, it's great we couldn't hear the sound of outside and it could keep us in a quite place. The facilities in the rooms are in good condition and very clean. It's located in the center of the city, walk around 20 minutes to train station though. But you can choose to take tram there. Overall the price for this room is worth staying.」
