Excellent room, staff and food. Short walk to the railway station. Free parking. Limited places local for a late beer and restaurant closes at 10, but still a great place to stop. Loved it.

Nice and brand new

Hotel was just couple of minutes from main transit highway so it was convinient for us to stay there by car. Next to it. Check in was fine and room was huge and all new. Cant complain maybe except that we would appreciate more vegetarian options in a restaurant for a dinner or breakfast.

Very poor, avoid! Staff rude, rooms are too hot!

Very poor, unpleasant experience, I would never recommend or come back. Be aware everyone. Stayed 2 nights and both mornings got woken up at 6am by excessive noise from delivery vans offloading outside, as if there was no hotel and people sleeping above. Spoke to reception on day one, only to be told - sorry your room is a standard room and on the side of the hotel where rooms may be noisy. What sort of response is that? Embarrassing, very rude and inappropriate. I was told I had to pay for a premium room to get the quiet side and not to be woken up at 6am. Not at all interested in changing the room after the first night, knowingly the second morning may be noisy again - which it was. Apparently no manager was available at the time to speak to, reception not bothered to do anything. Says a lot. Also, the room was too hot to sleep or be in for long, no air conditioning available. And their response? You have to pay for premium room that has air conditioning. So basically, because you have a standard room you need to deal with a hot room and not being able to be comfortable or sleep at night due to how hot it is in the room. I'm sorry but you have a long long way to understand what caring means, what customer satisfaction and retention means and ensuring guests staying are happy and enjoy their stay.

Bra hotell

Sköna sängar, lite tunn kudde. Väldigt lyhört, man hörde både vägen utanför, järnvägen och rumsgrannar väldigt tydligt. Bra AC. Hjälpsamma i receptionen.

God service, rommet hadde noen gamle flekker på veggene. Sengen var dessverre hard og putene var tynne og billige. Man må betale tax noe man ikke får beskjed om før annkomst, veldig få som snakker engelsk og det kan være vanskelig å forstå dem. Det eneste man bør huske på er å henge «do not disturb» skilt på døra siden vaskehjelpa kommer før kl 10 og banker på. Ellers hadde jeg å sammboer en fin ferie hos Hotel Zatoka.

Dårlig opplevelse.

Tett sluk, vannet fløt utover, og vått teppe lukta "piss" i flere dager. Ubehagelig! Klaget etter morgendusjen, vi kom sent kvelden før. Resepsjonisten mente vi burde ha varslet om dette når vi kom? Skal vi sjekke sluk før vi tar i bruk rommet? Ingenting ble gjort. Ene dagen luktet det faktusk klor og det var rent på badet. Siste dag hadde de ikje vært innom engang. TV har nok ikke sett støvkosten på månedsvis. Vannkoker var full av merker. Brukte glass ble ikke skiftet ut med rene. Rett og slett dårlig renhold!

Väldigt hård säng, rummet saknade AC och minikyl, högt ljud från en järnväg som tutade varje gång det åkte förbi ett tåg, varuleverans skedde tidigt på morgonen under fönstret. Vilket gjorde det omöjligt att ha fönstret öppet på natten för att få luft, handdukstorken var ur funktion så handdukarna torkade aldrig.

Fantastisk frukost - men hemsk musik

En fin och fantastiskt innehållsrik frukost, även om vi saknade bacon. Hade varit bra med skyltar på polska och engelska som förklarar vad som finns på de olika faten. Vad som är vegetariskt, innehåller gluten, laktos etc. Enerverande musik, exakt samma slinga med jazzmusik av typen "hissmusik" gick i högtalarna alla tre morgnar vi åt frukost där. Helt obegripligt hur man kan ha det så! Vi hade tänkt äta i restaurangen första kvällen då vi fick uppgift i receptionen att den var öppen till kl 21. Dock fick vi ingen information om att köket faktiskt stängde 20:30. Vi fick därför nöja oss med varsin öl och frågade efter snacks, vilket man förvånande nog inte hade i någon form. Kommande kvällar köpte vi istället kyld öl av samma typ till betydligt lägre pris i livsmedelsbutiken som ligger i samma hus och stor påse chips! Det fanns dock ingen ölöppnare på rummet. Saknade även skohorn. Personalen var inte otrevlig, men heller inte särskilt tillmötesgående. Inga leenden. Mycket bra med gratis parkering bekvämt vid huvudstråket 91, gratis vattenflaskor på rummet samt vattenkokare och kaffe/te. Parken på andra sidan gatan var helt fantastisk att jogga i!

Vi ble møtt med lite service, og en person i resepsjonen som ikke skjønte svært mye engelsk. Sengen vi fikk var to enkelt senger satt sammen, når jeg betalte for en dobbeltseng. Sengene var utrolig lave og harde, putene vi fikk var en lav pute og en sofa pute. Hotellet ligger langt fra sentrum og vanskelig å komme seg til sentrum uten noe form av taxi, vi fikk hotellet til å bestille taxi til sentrum for oss. Taxi sjåføren snakket ikke engelsk, noe vi forventer siden det var hotellet som bestilte taxien for oss. Dusjen var skitten og det var mugg i hjørnene. Tven funket ikke. Vi måtte krangle med han som sto i resepsjonen, ettersom vi hadde betalt. Men det mente han vi ikke gjort. Selvom det var billig, var det langt i fra bra nok.

Bien mais un peu bruyant

Grande chambre salle de bain agréable literie confortable très bon petit déjeuner buffet varie et de qualité. Par contre très mauvaise insonorisation du a la qualité des fenêtres et le train siffle très souvent et la route est bien chargée. Un peu éloigné du centre pour s'y rendre à pied .
