「It was a great experience. The hotel owners did an excellent job with the remodel. Our room was very comfortable. The room and hotel facilities were better than the pictures. Bravo! 」

「Staff was great, the room was charming and the breakfast was the best in Italy! There was street noise in the later evening as we were trying to sleep. We are not party people. The arrival and parking situation was unclear as this was our first Ortigia trip. I thought that we had arranged for someone to park our car. We had to walk our luggage in to the hotel with no where to park leaving someone with the car and police officers telling us we could not stay there then drive to a public parking...

「This property has it all! Parking, although not free, was close by and safe. The rooftop terrace we enjoyed immensely and the room was very nice. The island is loaded with restaurants and shopping, everything is within a short walk and very safe. We also enjoyed a boat trip around the island. Our host Manuela was very nice and friendly as well!」

「Nous avons été ravis tant par l'hôtel que par l'ile d'ortigia. Points positifs : l'emplacement, la propreté, la taille de la chambre, le calme, la plendide salle de bain, la qualité des serviettes de bain. Nous recommanderons sans hésiter cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner compris dans le prix est très correct. Point faible: la fiabilité du car valet. 25€/jour service sous traité par l'hôtel qui ne respecte jamais les 20 minutes annoncées pour avoir la voiture 」

「My husband & I stayed 2 nights in mid-May 2025. We loved this historic and fascinating B&B within a current convent (yes, we saw the nuns!). Comfortable 2nd floor room that opened onto a quiet, shared, shaded terrace. There’s also a ln upper terrace with seattle & sea views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Note: wifi was very unreliable. We parked our rental car at the Talete garage about 10 minutes walk, for €15 per 24 hrs. Overall, this was a great location for us in Ortigia.」

「This was a great place to stay. The location is terrific. In a really nice part of the island with lots to see and do. The staff was extremely helpful. The building has ultra security. If you are driving your car it is difficult to find as the street names are non existent but once you get there it is very comfortable. 」
