We had a bit of a problem getting in as the instructions were sent very late, and it’s totally automated. However, after that, communication was very good. The electric stopped working and a staff person was there to help within minutes. I would just advise that hotidays send instructions to Expedia at least 24 hrs ahead as not everyone has international calling or...

「The room was big enough for two people and they gave us two single beds as requested. the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient and the breakfast was real nice and they had quite a lot of choices. One thing that I like the most was the staffs, a women there helped us with everything we needed to travel around and extended the room one more night for us. 「Very well located at Marina Gate, this family run B+B is ideal as a base for Ortigia. Breakfast is served on the delightful roof terrace, overlooking the gate and Marina. Rooms well appointed.
