Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando
Was able to check in early but room was dirty. Hair in the bathroom, dirty kitchen floor, pasta sauce on kitchen towel. Place could not handle volume. Pool was very crowded and pool chairs were extremely difficult to find. Signs everywhere saying to not hold chairs but even at 9am all the tables ...

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
The pool areas were nice but over crowded. The food was good not great Nice young man named christian stopped us on our way out, just super friendly and gave us a ride with our luggage. The nicest employee, I encountered there although most of the staff was friendly.
