Check in was terrible. Stopped into hotel 3 different times. 1:30 PM from airport - check in line was out the door, same for 5:30. Kept busy until 8:30 with my 2 and 4 year old and was told my room was not ready.

Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
No airport shuttle service. Very old and outdated facility in and out. Doors and walls dirty, definitely need a coat of paint. The bed squeaks every time you sit or move. Very dark room and vanity area. Cannot even apply makeup.
