Very nice hotel, but the bed was too hard and the pillows flatten when you lay on them. It has a nice pool area.

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
We were expecting the rooms to look like the pictures but they did not look like them. The hallway was full of dead mosquitoes and did not get cleaned in the days we were there. We felt like we were in a 3 star hotel.
