The room was dirty, the floor you could never walk with out shoes. The smell was very bad. During the night there were people screaming heavy in the outside. I went to buy a pizza and the girl in the front desk told me she couldn't help me when I ask her for a plate to warm the pizza in the oven. She was VERY rude. I will never recommend this place.

Very poorly maintained, very poorly cleaned. Broken hvac units. Overpriced food items in machines that do not give change. Non English speaking staff. Filthy hall carpets. Inoperable shower controls, scalding water temps. Reserved king suite, was given double queen suite. Missing and non functional room phones. Cold coffee for breakfast at 615am. My absolute worst experience in 35 years of staying in hotels.

Parking was easy enough. Room on other hand. Leaks running down bathroom wall from above. There is a leak in the wall. Could hear it dripping all night. The wall at bottom looks like possible mold where the leak is. Bathroom door is coming apart on bottom on both sides. It did not have a curtain except a lace curtains no block out curtain. Staff was nice. The Continental breakfast was decent. Its an old hotwl and needs renovations.

Clean the Restroom in the Room and clean the sites of the Hotel. The breakfast is very empty. Need, egg, another proteins or spread. Peanut butter example. The other is very good for the price.

The front desk lady was nice and polite, plenty of parking and was located within walking distance to Icon park. The hotel itself needed an update, door was very hard to shut and the deadbolt was hard to use, the bathroom really needed a makeover, the wall had a makeshift hole filler from the door hitting it. Overall nothing we couldn't look past as we were there for one night. The breakfast was fair, toast, waffles, cereal, juice and coffee and breakfast attendant was friendly. Probably would stay there again.

We booked this hotel about a month in advance and when we showed up they told us we were unable to stay there because they were oversold. All other hotels had no vacancies because of a convention in the area. We ended up having to sleep in our car in the parking lot that night.

Do not recommend staying here…the first pictures shown all definitely AI images, looks nothing like the room. When we first got there to check in, we were charged $80 for fees that i knew nothing about prior to booking through expedia. The hallways to the rooms were disgusting. The hindges on the door to the bathroom was so rusted the door wouldnt shut. We had to fill up the bathtub and use that water to fill up the toilet because the toilet wouldn’t fill with water to flush. The bathtub was definitely not cleaned prior to our stay. Highly disappointed and will never be staying here again.

horrible experience began on arrival. I sat in the bedroom armchair and she had one of her legs broken. I took the phone from the room to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. I requested the replacement in person. I went back to the room to take a shower, the bathtub started to fill up because the drain wasn't working properly, I believe it was clogged. I requested a room change. When I arrived in the other room as soon as I opened the door I felt a strong smell of mold. I went to a nearby store and bought those appliances to plug in to make the environment smelly to try to soften. I soon realized that there was a large water leak under the floor and the water was literally sprouting from the floor in front of the bathroom. I requested the room change again. I got to the third room and apparently (and to my surprise lol) there was no problem. But right after walking barefoot for a few minutes I looked at my foot and it looked like I had walked on the dirty asphalt barefoot!!!! I went to the toilet to clean my foot and guess what?! There was no toilet paper lol I asked about the cleaning and they said they don't have a systematic cleaning, it's only cleaned when requested. In short: the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. The employees are extremely attentive and polite, there is nothing to complain about them, I believe it is exclusively a problem of the administration, the impression that they are breathing through devices, saving every dime

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience from the start. There is no visible sign from the road, which made the property difficult to find. Upon arrival, we noticed the balcony walkways were dirty and had trash scattered around, which didn’t leave a great first impression. Inside the lobby, there was a strong smell of gasoline that was hard to ignore. Check-in was also frustratingly slow. With only two groups ahead of us, we still waited at least 15 minutes to be helped. During check-in, every guest — including us — asked about the “daily hotel fee.” It was explained that the fee covers the “free breakfast,” pool access, and housekeeping (housekeeping must be requested, even if you don't they will press their faces against your window in the morning). Unless you carefully read the fine print the additional charge was not clearly listed on their website or Expedia, which understandably caused confusion and concern among guests. I do want to mention that the gentleman who checked us in was understanding and apologetic. He handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, a younger woman with braces was quite rude and argumentative when guests politely questioned the fee, which only added to the frustration. The rooms themselves smelled so strong of fabuloso with residue all on the floors making them extremely slippery and sticky not to mention thw headache from the chemical smell. We used one of the towls to wipe it up and the towl wa

Staff was amazing and super friendly.. breakfast was literally a waffle maker and 2 cereal options and toast... the bathroom door didn't close, the door to the room didn't shut well, we only stayed one night so we endured. The bed was actually pretty soft the main room looked renovated, bit the bathroom toilet leaked, there was mold in the shower, ai have asthma it was pretty bad, my girlfriend tried to clean it for me, but the Staff Jess in particular made us laugh. I know the area had some trouble and i try not to write just the bad... so here are the positives as well... it is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants, as well as to all the parks. If you need to change rooms and they have availability they will definitely try to accommodate you.. we were only there one night and things were booking fast... so we made it work.
