Overall the property was great! I was very pleased with the lobby staff, who were very customer service oriented! We came in late one night and stopped by the lobby to request more towels, a few minutes later when we arrived at our rooms the towels were already packaged up and at the door. We were able to check in early, and received a late check out. If you want to hang out at the resort to relax there are several pools and activities available on property, a small store and place to get food and drinks. The whole property was well maintained, we stayed in a one bedroom villa, that had a huge awesome bathroom, a king bed, a dining area, small kitchen, sofa ( that was a sofa bed), I was surprised to see a broom and dustpan and laundry basket in the closet. The location is no more than 10 minutes to downtown Disney, several stores and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a great place to stay in a good quiet location, not far from the action, easy to get to all the activities of Disney, Universal, ICON park, shopping and so much more. It was a last minute pick for a last minute trip, but it was great!
